I have met so many amazing people from working with this company it is insane! the hardest part of my job is dealing with theft and telling people when they need to leave because of their actions, they usually aren't happy, but fortunately i am very good at keeping my composure when it comes to confrontation. My typical day at work is NEVER the same, there is always something new, which is very exciting! the most enjoyable part of my job is working with other people, my co-workers and the customers. Absolutely no benefits unless you are the store manager. ![]() Very little opportunity for growth as they will not promote anyone in store, start at minimum wage and make you fight tooth and nail for the smallest of raises. but none of these things was allowed when they had their full staff. It’s a busy season, we’re short staffed, this is peak selling hours, etc. I left a little over a year ago, and they lost yet another manager and are no longer enforcing ANY of the policies they made us do (before they lost their entire experienced staff.) I have been in a few times since I quit, and all they do is make excuses for why their staff is doing so poorly. we physically could not keep up with the amount of buys we were doing/the amount of money we were paying out/go backs/tagging and processing while still having to greet customers, do sales, etc. Did not have overlapping coverage because we did not have the employees to do so, were constantly overwhelmed with buys (10+ all coming in at once, 15+ queued in line to be done, no shelf space, completely full bins, etc.) and management did, quite literally, nothing to help. ![]() ![]() We’re incredibly short staffed post Covid, and owners did very little to help hire as this was the managers job- which we did not have. Went through about 4 different managers in the span of about 6 months. Owners lived in a different state so visited MAYBE once a year. Good environment, low stress, very easy and the discount on clothes was great! Workplace was totally fine before Covid- after, however, management was AWFUL. ![]()
